基于最优化理论的智能配电网电压协调控制方法,需要协调控制所有的无功源及电压调节设备,对于数据的需求高,且不考虑不同设备动作时间的相互配合。基于此,分析了分布式发电对于现有配电网电压水平及其控制策略的影响,在此基础上研究了智能配电网的电压协调控制体系及其策略,该策略充分利用智能配电网的分布式发电资源以及电压调节设备,通过闭环控制逻辑实现电压的实时协调控制;同时设计了相应的智能配电网电压协调控制器。最后通过仿真试验验证了所提智能配电网的实时电压协调控制策略的有效性及实用性。

Voltage coordination and control method for smart power distribution network based on optimal theory highly re-quires to coordinate and control all reactive power sourcesand voltage adjustment equipments which would not consider inter-action of action time of different equipments.Therefore,this paper analyzes influence on voltage level of present power dis-tribution network and its control strategy and studies voltage coordination and control system and strategy.This strategy full-y uses distributed generation resource and voltage adjustment equipments of smart power distribution network and realizes re-al-time coordination and control on voltage based on closed-loop control logic as well as designs corresponding voltage coordi-nation controller.Simulation experiment verifies effectiveness and practicability of the proposed real-time voltage coordina-tion and control strategy.
