目的：研究 Hp 与 p53、p63表达与胃癌临床病理特征的关系。方法：应用免疫组化技术检测人胃癌组织芯片144芯中 Hp、p53和 p63的表达。结果：144例胃癌标本中 p53阳性表达80例（55．6％），p63阳性表达53例（36．8％），Hp 阳性表达94例（65．3％）。p53表达与胃癌组织学分型、病理分级和淋巴结转移有关（P ＜0．05），与肿瘤部位及浸润深度无关（P ＞0．05）；p63在低分化腺癌组织中表达率明显高于高、中分化腺癌（P ＜0．05），与肿瘤部位、浸润深度及淋巴结转移无关（P ＞0．05）；Hp 主要寄居在胃窦，且其感染与肿瘤组织学分型和病理分级有关（P ＜0．05），与淋巴结转移及浸润深度无关（P ＞0．05）。胃癌组织中 Hp 感染与 p53表达呈正相关（r ＝0．20，P ＜0．05）。结论：p53和 p63的高表达与胃癌的发生及进展密切相关，但 p53和 p63在胃腺癌发生发展过程中并无交互作用，Hp 感染与 p53高表达存在一定相关性。
목적：연구 Hp 여 p53、p63표체여위암림상병리특정적관계。방법：응용면역조화기술검측인위암조직심편144심중 Hp、p53화 p63적표체。결과：144례위암표본중 p53양성표체80례（55．6％），p63양성표체53례（36．8％），Hp 양성표체94례（65．3％）。p53표체여위암조직학분형、병리분급화림파결전이유관（P ＜0．05），여종류부위급침윤심도무관（P ＞0．05）；p63재저분화선암조직중표체솔명현고우고、중분화선암（P ＜0．05），여종류부위、침윤심도급림파결전이무관（P ＞0．05）；Hp 주요기거재위두，차기감염여종류조직학분형화병리분급유관（P ＜0．05），여림파결전이급침윤심도무관（P ＞0．05）。위암조직중 Hp 감염여 p53표체정정상관（r ＝0．20，P ＜0．05）。결론：p53화 p63적고표체여위암적발생급진전밀절상관，단 p53화 p63재위선암발생발전과정중병무교호작용，Hp 감염여 p53고표체존재일정상관성。
Objective:To determine Hp infection,p53 and p63 expression in gastric carcinoma and investigate their relationships with the feature of clinical pathology.Methods:The expression of Hp,p53 and p63 in 144 cases of gastric carcinoma was detected by tissue -microarray and immunohistochemistry.Results:p53 mutations were detec-ted in 80 /144 gastric carcinomas(55.6%),p63 expression were detected in 53 /144 gastric carcinomas(36.8%),Hp expression were detected in 94 /144 gastric carcinomas(65.3%).The expression of p53 in gastric carcinoma was correlated with histological type and pathological grade(P <0.05),but not correlated with lymph node metastasis and the depth of invasion.the expression of p63 in poorly differentiated gastric carcinoma was obviously more than well -moderately differentiated gastric carcinoma(P <0.05),but not correlated with the location of tumor,the depth of in-vasion and lymph node metastasis.the expression of p53 in gastric carcinoma was positively correlated with Hp infec-tion(r =0.20,P <0.05).Conclusion:High expression of p53 and p63 have closed relationship with the occurrence and prognosis of gastric carcinoma,but p53 and p63 expression in gastric carcinoma have no interaction Hp infection and high expression of p53 in gastric carcinoma also have certain correlation.
