针对旋转轴功率测试中容栅传感器的输出信号易受驱动轴瞬时转速影响的问题,提出一种基于FPGA的转速校定装置。该装置在高精度光电码盘的基础上,将触发器和4~16译码器HCC4515B结合来滤除光电码盘输出尖峰毛刺,并给出了以FPGA为主控单元的具体电路实现方案。测试结果表明,该转速校定装置能够很好地达到预期效果。
針對鏇轉軸功率測試中容柵傳感器的輸齣信號易受驅動軸瞬時轉速影響的問題,提齣一種基于FPGA的轉速校定裝置。該裝置在高精度光電碼盤的基礎上,將觸髮器和4~16譯碼器HCC4515B結閤來濾除光電碼盤輸齣尖峰毛刺,併給齣瞭以FPGA為主控單元的具體電路實現方案。測試結果錶明,該轉速校定裝置能夠很好地達到預期效果。

In view of the output signal from the capacitive grating sensor easy to be influenced by the instanta?neous speed of the drive shaft during rotating shaft power test, a rotating speed calibrating device based on field pro?grammable gate array (FPGA) is proposed. Based on the high precision photoelectrical encoder, the D-flip flop is combined with the 4~16 decoder of HCC4515B to filter peak burr output from the photoelectrical encoder. And the detailed circuit implementation scheme taking FPGA as the main control unit is given. Test results show that the ro?tating speed calibration device can achieve the desired effect.
