In this paper,a new type of electronic tensile machine is introduced. The working principle of hard-ware and software structure of the system are analysed. On the basis of the original mechanical structure,the microcomputer control module is added to the electronic tensile machine to complete the data acquisition and control. It is proved that the system can meet the requirements of tensile testing system and carry out data analysis and quality management easily. This machine can greatly improve the accuracy and production efficiency of the production test.
