阐述了变电站二次回路健康稳定的运行,是确保继电保护装置及自动装置动作行为正确性的必要条件.然而因设计错误、施工工艺,调试方法等原因使二次回路存在很多的隐性错误或缺陷.指出了解并分析这些隐性的原因,从而采取恰当的应当策略,减少或避免这些隐性问题是电力系统继电保护工作者义不容辞的责任.

Healthy and stable operation of the secondary circuit in substation is critical to ensure correct action of the protective and automatic devices. However,some hidden errors and defects exist in secondary circuit due to design errors,construction techniques,and debugging methods etc. The reasons are analysed and illustrated,and strategies are adopted to avoid or reduce the hidden problems.
