等离子熔炼过程中，排放物中含有毒酸性气体和细颗粒粉尘，必须治理。从等离子炉内排出的熔炼尾气进入二燃室、空气稀释降温系统、一级陶瓷过滤器和二级陶瓷过滤器，有害颗粒物和有毒气体经燃烧、沉降、降温、过滤和吸附等过程，不仅使尾气有害成分得到治理，达到欧洲排放标准，而且能收集有价烟尘返回等离子熔炼系统，变废为宝。
等離子鎔煉過程中，排放物中含有毒痠性氣體和細顆粒粉塵，必鬚治理。從等離子爐內排齣的鎔煉尾氣進入二燃室、空氣稀釋降溫繫統、一級陶瓷過濾器和二級陶瓷過濾器，有害顆粒物和有毒氣體經燃燒、沉降、降溫、過濾和吸附等過程，不僅使尾氣有害成分得到治理，達到歐洲排放標準，而且能收集有價煙塵返迴等離子鎔煉繫統，變廢為寶。
