为了对全液压制动系统的动态响应特性及制动压力输出特性进行精确检测,设计了一套由供油、主体、制动器及测控4个模块组成的全液压制动系统性能试验台,为满足充液阀和制动阀高低温试验空间的要求,主体模块的结构布置力求紧凑。另外,基于 LabVIEW 平台构建了制动系统参数检测与控制模块,并开发了一套制动踏板驱动机构及其反馈控制算法,实现了制动踏板运动过程的编程控制以及相关测试数据的自动化采集处理等功能。实验表明,该试验台可对不同温度和不同工况条件下的制动系统动态响应特性及制动压力输出特性等关键性能进行自动化精确检测。
為瞭對全液壓製動繫統的動態響應特性及製動壓力輸齣特性進行精確檢測,設計瞭一套由供油、主體、製動器及測控4箇模塊組成的全液壓製動繫統性能試驗檯,為滿足充液閥和製動閥高低溫試驗空間的要求,主體模塊的結構佈置力求緊湊。另外,基于 LabVIEW 平檯構建瞭製動繫統參數檢測與控製模塊,併開髮瞭一套製動踏闆驅動機構及其反饋控製算法,實現瞭製動踏闆運動過程的編程控製以及相關測試數據的自動化採集處理等功能。實驗錶明,該試驗檯可對不同溫度和不同工況條件下的製動繫統動態響應特性及製動壓力輸齣特性等關鍵性能進行自動化精確檢測。

In order to measure the dynamic response characteristics and braking pressure output characteristics of a full hydraulic braking system accurately under different working conditions,a test bench was designed using the modular design method.The test bench was consisted of four modules,namely the oil supply module,the main module,the brake module and the measurement and control module.The main module was arranged compactly to meet the requirements of high and low temperature tests.A pedal driving mechanism was designed to drive and control the motion of brake-pedal.The measurement and control module was developed based on LabVIEW,in which a feedback control was used to improve the precision of the pedal driver and realize the automatic data acquisition and management.The results show that the pedal driving mechanism can work normally at different temperature and the measurement and control system has an efficient and automatic test performance to analyze accurately the dynamic characteristics and braking pressure output characteristics of full hydraulic braking systems under different working conditions.
