基于下垂控制策略的蓄电池储能系统被广泛应用于孤岛电站以维持系统稳定运行。考虑到蓄电池储能设备运行点的随机性、电池特性曲线偏移、输出扰动等因素,在放电过程中并联蓄电池储能系统间必然会出现荷电状态(state of charge,SoC)差异。针对上述问题,提出一种 SoC 误差抑制下垂控制策略,使并联储能设备在运行过程中消除不同储能设备间 SoC 误差。首先分析传统下垂控制下并联蓄电池储能系统 SoC 误差对孤岛电网稳定运行带来的危害;在此基础上,将 SoC 引入有功下垂因子,使储能设备间 SoC 误差以 e 指数曲线下降,减少误差收敛过程对系统的冲击;其次,结合一阶微分方程特性,调节控制策略中加速因子,加快抑制并联蓄电池储能系统间 SoC 误差。仿真结果验证了该理论的正确性和方案的有效性。

Battery energy storage system based on droop control strategy is widely used in island power station to keep stable operation of the system.Considering factors such as random,excursion of battery characteristic curve and output disturbance of running points of battery storage equipments,there must be differences of state of charge (SoC)of paralleled battery en-ergy storage system in discharge process.Therefore,a kind of droop control strategy for SoC error suppression was proposed to remove SoC errors among different storage equipments in running process of paralleled storage equipments.Damages to stable operation of island power grid caused from SoC errors of paralleled battery energy storage system were analyzed under the condition of traditional droop control.Then,SoC was introduced into active droop factor to decease SoC errors of stor-age equipments with curve of e index and reduce impact on the system in process of error convergence.In addition,charac-teristic of differential equation of first order was combined to adjust accelerated factor in control strategy and speed up sup-pression on SoC errors among paralleled battery energy storage system.Simulation results verified veracity of this theory and effectiveness of this scheme.
