大数据时代的技术革新,不仅促进了高校档案建设的发展,而且极大地推动高校档案信息化建设.而高校档案信息化建设是高校档案管理适应时代的发展、创新高校服务工作的重要举措,也是大数据时代档案工作者面临的一项重要的任务.文章以山东建筑大学档案管理系统为例,在分析档案管理目前现状及存在的问题基础上,总结大数据时代高校档案管理系统建设的重要性,针对山东建筑大学的高校档案管理系统进行功能模块设计,并提出系统建设的途径.
