Re-evaluating the natural value is an important theoretical perspective of the world to solve the global ecological crisis. The present world consensus is to recognize the value of natural ecology, and pay attention to the protection of natural ecological system. Western natural value theory has an important influence in the world, because it has promoted the process of global environmental governance. China needs to learn from the western natural value theory, but can not completely copy. Marx's theory is not absent in environmental governance. The natural value theory of Marx and Engels provides a philosophical basis for solving the contradiction between man and nature. China promote "green"development strategy must adhere to the natural value theory of Marx and Engels.
