目的：对支气管哮喘患者实施综合护理干预的临床效果进行分析。方法抽取2013年05月至2015年05月我院收治的110例支气管哮喘患者随机分成研究组和对比组，两组各有55例患者，其中55例对比组患者给予常规护理，55例研究组在此基础上，给予综合护理干预，对两组患者的护理满意度进行比较。结果研究组总满意例数为52例（94.54%），对比组总满意例数为45例（81.81%），两组数据对比差异明显（P＜0.05）。结论采用综合护理干预对支气管哮喘患者进行护理，可以有效改善患者的疾病症状，从而加快患者的康复速度。
목적：대지기관효천환자실시종합호리간예적림상효과진행분석。방법추취2013년05월지2015년05월아원수치적110례지기관효천환자수궤분성연구조화대비조，량조각유55례환자，기중55례대비조환자급여상규호리，55례연구조재차기출상，급여종합호리간예，대량조환자적호리만의도진행비교。결과연구조총만의례수위52례（94.54%），대비조총만의례수위45례（81.81%），량조수거대비차이명현（P＜0.05）。결론채용종합호리간예대지기관효천환자진행호리，가이유효개선환자적질병증상，종이가쾌환자적강복속도。
Objective to analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with bronchial asthma. Method to extract May 05, 2013-2015 of our hospital, 110 patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into research group and control group, two groups have 55 patients, 55 cases of control group of these patients were given routine nursing care, 55 patients on the basis of the study group, gives the comprehensive nursing intervention, two groups of patients satisfaction with nursing care in the comparison. Results the total satisfaction of study group was 52 cases (94.54%), the total satisfaction of the contrast group was 45 cases (81.81%), the difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with bronchial asthma, can effectively improve the patient's symptoms, so as to speed up the recovery of patients.
