随着社会对环境保护的日益关注和分布式发电技术的发展,对分布式发电接入后的配电网电压/无功优化问题进行研究日益加强.文章以变压器分接头和并联补偿设备作为控制手段,以降低网络损耗和提高供电质量为优化目标,建立了基于模糊评价的多场景的多目标电压/无功优化模型,对不同目标分别构造模糊评价函数,将目标函数值转换为对该目标的满意度,综合各节点和各目标的满意度,获得对优化方案的综合评价;采用改进的主动禁忌搜索算法求解;并在算例系统中进行了仿真计算.仿真结果表明,该方法能够有效提高全网电压质量,并降低网络损耗.

With the growing concern about environment protection and development of distributed generation technology,the research progress on voltage / reactive power optimization of distribution networks with distributed generators connected is continuing. A multi-objective optimization model in several scenarios,which is aimed to reduce active power losses and improve voltage quality by adjusting tap-changers and shunt capacitors,is established in this paper. Fuzzy membership functions are constructed for different objectives, and the objective function values are converted to the satisfactions of the targets. The satisfaction of all nodes and different objectives are combined to get the comprehensive evaluation of trial solutions. The improved reactive tabu search is employed to obtain global optimized solutions. The proposed method is verified in example system. Simulation results show that,the proposed method is effective in improving voltage quality and reducing active power losses.
