利用德州市1978~2013年灾情普查数据以及农作物总播种面积资料,对主要农业气象灾害变化特征及在各区域的分布进行了分析。结果表明:(1)农业气象灾害造成的农作物成灾面积在20世纪80年代末、90年代初数值较大,其余时段较小,且年际波动大。(2)干旱、暴雨洪涝和风雹是德州市三类主要气象灾害,各类农业气象灾害比重的年际变化也较大。(3)从变化趋势来看,干旱、风雹、低温冻害成灾面积呈现下降趋势,暴雨洪涝呈上升趋势,且上升趋势明显。(4)在区域分布方面,旱灾乐陵市最为严重,平原、庆云县次之;洪涝灾情齐河县最为严重,平原、庆云县次之;风雹灾情分布各区域差异较小,相对而言,夏津县最为严重,乐陵、庆云次之;庆云县虫害灾情最为严重,宁津、平原连阴雨灾害严重,其余县市成灾较小,有的县市几乎为零。
利用德州市1978~2013年災情普查數據以及農作物總播種麵積資料,對主要農業氣象災害變化特徵及在各區域的分佈進行瞭分析。結果錶明:(1)農業氣象災害造成的農作物成災麵積在20世紀80年代末、90年代初數值較大,其餘時段較小,且年際波動大。(2)榦旱、暴雨洪澇和風雹是德州市三類主要氣象災害,各類農業氣象災害比重的年際變化也較大。(3)從變化趨勢來看,榦旱、風雹、低溫凍害成災麵積呈現下降趨勢,暴雨洪澇呈上升趨勢,且上升趨勢明顯。(4)在區域分佈方麵,旱災樂陵市最為嚴重,平原、慶雲縣次之;洪澇災情齊河縣最為嚴重,平原、慶雲縣次之;風雹災情分佈各區域差異較小,相對而言,夏津縣最為嚴重,樂陵、慶雲次之;慶雲縣蟲害災情最為嚴重,寧津、平原連陰雨災害嚴重,其餘縣市成災較小,有的縣市幾乎為零。
이용덕주시1978~2013년재정보사수거이급농작물총파충면적자료,대주요농업기상재해변화특정급재각구역적분포진행료분석。결과표명:(1)농업기상재해조성적농작물성재면적재20세기80년대말、90년대초수치교대,기여시단교소,차년제파동대。(2)간한、폭우홍로화풍박시덕주시삼류주요기상재해,각류농업기상재해비중적년제변화야교대。(3)종변화추세래간,간한、풍박、저온동해성재면적정현하강추세,폭우홍로정상승추세,차상승추세명현。(4)재구역분포방면,한재악릉시최위엄중,평원、경운현차지;홍로재정제하현최위엄중,평원、경운현차지;풍박재정분포각구역차이교소,상대이언,하진현최위엄중,악릉、경운차지;경운현충해재정최위엄중,저진、평원련음우재해엄중,기여현시성재교소,유적현시궤호위령。
The change characteristics of main agro -meteorological disasters and their distribution in dif-ferent regions were analyzed based on the statistic data of disaster survey and total sowing area in Dezhou City of Shandong Province from 1 978 to 201 3.The results showed that:(1 )The disaster -suffering area of crops caused by agro -meteorological disasters was bigger in the late 1 980’s to the early 1 990’s,the rest time was smaller,and there was a notable interannual fluctuation.(2)Drought,flood and wind -hailstone were the main three kinds of meteorological disasters,and the proportions of different agro -meteorological disasters had considerable interannual fluctuations.(3)The disaster -suffering areas of drought,wind -hailstone and pest and frost injury had decreasing trends,and that of flood had an obvious increasing trend.(4)In the regional distribution,the most serious drought disaster was in Laoling,followed by Pingyuan and Qingyun;the most se-rious flood disaster was in Qihe,followed by Pingyuan and Qingyun;the regional differences of wind -hail-stone damage were small,among which,Xiajin’s damage was relatively the heaviest,followed by Laoling and Qingyun;the most serious insect pest was in Qingyun;continuous rain disaster was heavier in Ningjin and Pingyuan;the disasters in remaining counties were small,some closed to zero.
