微生物灌浆封堵混凝土裂缝具有渗透性好、生成物性质稳定和结合性好等优点.微生物诱导碳酸钙沉积物的产量成为影响裂缝修复效果的重要因素.文章通过对比试验,研究了营养液浓度、钙源溶液种类、钙源浓度和尿素加入方式对微生物诱导碳酸钙产量的影响规律.结果表明:尿素溶液浓度为3 mol/L,钙源溶液采用硝酸钙浓度为2 mol/L,或氯化钙浓度为3 mol/L,单位体积溶液内碳酸钙沉淀物产量分别为0. 11和0. 12 g/mL;菌液中提前60 min加入尿素,10 min后碳酸钙的产量是不提前加入尿素产量的5. 6倍,从而有效地提高了碳酸钙的早期产量,有利于实现裂缝的快速封堵;采用优化组的灌浆比未优化组的灌浆次数明显减少.

The remediation of concrete cracks by bacterially induced calcium carbonate deposition has advantages of high permeability,stable products and associatively. An important parameter for repair efficiency is the yield of calcite precipitated. The comparison experiments were performed to investigate the optimal parameters of raising calcite yield,which was selected to the comparison experiment of concrete cracks remediation by bacterially grouting. The results of the test show that when the CN2 H4 O solution concentration is 3% and the Ca( NO3 )2 solution concentration is 2%,or the Cacl2 solution concentration is 3%,the calcium carbonate deposition of unit volume is 0. 11 g/ml or 0. 12g/ml which reaches the highest yield. When the CN2 H4 O is added to the bacteria earlier,the quality of calcium carbonate deposition is 5. 6 times which acquired in early stage. The comparison experiment of concrete cracks remediation by bacterially grouting shows that the group selected optimal parameters are with less grouting frequency.
