China chooses the strategy of innovation-driven development. However, we face the problem of technology transfer from university and college to industry. Association for Science and Technology in College (ASTC), one kind of institutions affiliated to China Association for Science and Technology (CAST), should play an important role to solve the problem. This paper attempts to describe the characteristic of ASTC, analyze the current problem of ASTC in technology transfer, and then puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions.
