为了研究桉薄溶液对大规模养殖中鸡免疫新城疫活疫苗（LaSota株）后引起的呼吸道症状的临床疗效，以 AA 肉食鸡为试材，将其随机分成受试药物组、对照药物组和空白对照组，7日龄时，3组鸡群同时进行首次免疫新城疫疫苗（LaSota 株），免疫24 h 后，受试药物组给予桉薄溶液（药物∶水＝1∶2500）；对照药物组给予氯化铵溶液（药物∶水＝1∶2000），采用自由饮水的方式，连续饮用5天；空白对照组自由采食饮水，不作处理。结果表明：桉薄溶液用于改善和治疗新城疫活疫苗（LaSota 株）免疫后引起的鸡呼吸道症状（甩鼻、呼噜、张口伸颈、呼吸困难等），疗效确切，推荐临床用法用量为100 mL 桉薄溶液对水250 L，自由饮水，5天为一个疗程。

In order to study the clinical curative effect of cineol and menthol solution on chicken respira-tory symptoms caused by immunization of Newcastle disease live vaccine (LaSota strain),AA broilers were randomly divided into 3 groups,drug experimental group,drug control group and blank control group.The first immunization was performed at seven -day -age.After immunization for 24 hours,drug experimental group was treated with cineol and menthol solution with a dilution of 1 ∶2 500;drug control group was treated with ammonium chloride with a dilution of 1 ∶2 000.The drugs were administrated for 5 days by free drinking. Blank control group was fed as usual.The results showed that the clinical curative effect of cineol and menthol solution was definite for improvement and treatment of chicken respiratory symptoms.The recommended dos-age was 1 00 mL cineol and menthol solution adding into 250 L water for free drinking,and 5 days was one pe-riod of treatment.
