采用纸碟片法测定了13种药剂对烟草青枯病菌(Ralstonia solanacearum)的抑制效果。结果表明,3%四霉素水剂、72%硫酸链霉素可溶性粉剂、80%乙蒜素乳油、80%福美双水分散粒剂、3%中生菌素可湿性粉剂和75%百菌清·腈菌唑可湿性粉剂6种药剂能有效抑制烟草青枯病菌的生长,其中3%四霉素水剂抑菌效果最好,抑菌圈直径为19.10 mm;6种药剂抑菌圈直径随浓度增加而增大;复配药剂中,3%四霉素水剂+72%硫酸链霉素可溶性粉剂、3%四霉素水剂+3%中生菌素可湿性粉剂、3%四霉素水剂+80%福美双水分散粒剂按1∶1混合抑菌效果最好,抑菌圈直径分别为19.20、18.33、17.73 mm,均优于单一药剂效果。
採用紙碟片法測定瞭13種藥劑對煙草青枯病菌(Ralstonia solanacearum)的抑製效果。結果錶明,3%四黴素水劑、72%硫痠鏈黴素可溶性粉劑、80%乙蒜素乳油、80%福美雙水分散粒劑、3%中生菌素可濕性粉劑和75%百菌清·腈菌唑可濕性粉劑6種藥劑能有效抑製煙草青枯病菌的生長,其中3%四黴素水劑抑菌效果最好,抑菌圈直徑為19.10 mm;6種藥劑抑菌圈直徑隨濃度增加而增大;複配藥劑中,3%四黴素水劑+72%硫痠鏈黴素可溶性粉劑、3%四黴素水劑+3%中生菌素可濕性粉劑、3%四黴素水劑+80%福美雙水分散粒劑按1∶1混閤抑菌效果最好,抑菌圈直徑分彆為19.20、18.33、17.73 mm,均優于單一藥劑效果。

The inhibitory effects of 1 3 agrochemicals against Ralstonia solanacearum were detected by agar cup -plate method in the laboratory.The results showed that 6 agrochemicals,3% tetramycin aqueous solution,72% streptomycin soluble powder,80% ethylicin emulsifiable concentrate,80% thiram water dis-persible granule,3% zhongshengmycin wettable powder and 75% cholrothalonil·myclobutanil wettable pow-der,all showed effective antibacterial activities.Among which,3% tetramycin aqueous solution had the best inhibitory effect with the inhibition zone diameter of 1 9.1 0 mm.The inhibition zone diameters of 6 agrochemi-cals increased with the increase of concentration.The combinations of 3% tetramycin aqueous solution with 72% streptomycin soluble powder,3% tetramycin aqueous solution with 3% zhongshengmycin wettable pow-der,and 3% tetramycin aqueous solution with 80% thiram water dispersible granule showed the best inhibito-ry effects with the inhibition zone diameters of 1 9.20,1 8.33 mm and 1 7.73 mm respectively.The inhibitory effects of combinations were superior to single agrochemical.
