目的：探讨全程分期健康教育卡在普通外科护理中的应用效果。方法随机选取2013年6月～2014年6月在我院普外科进行治疗的108例手术患者，将其随机分为2组，每组54例，对照组进行常规健康教育，观察组分期发健康教育卡，评估患者在进行教育前后的健康知识的掌握情况和健康行为。结果在进行健康教育后，观察组的各项健康指标和执行情况都要高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论在普外科实施全程分期健康教育卡，能有效改善患者的情绪，提高护理满意度。
목적：탐토전정분기건강교육잡재보통외과호리중적응용효과。방법수궤선취2013년6월～2014년6월재아원보외과진행치료적108례수술환자，장기수궤분위2조，매조54례，대조조진행상규건강교육，관찰조분기발건강교육잡，평고환자재진행교육전후적건강지식적장악정황화건강행위。결과재진행건강교육후，관찰조적각항건강지표화집행정황도요고우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론재보외과실시전정분기건강교육잡，능유효개선환자적정서，제고호리만의도。
Objective To investigate the effect of the whole course of health education card in general surgical nursing.MethodsThe patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,54 cases in each group,108 cases in each group,the control group was treated by routine health education,and the health education was evaluated.ResultsThe health education in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Education card can effectively improve the patient's mood,improve nursing satisfaction,suitable for clinical promotion.
