目的：分析血液透析综合征的预防及护理办法。方法分析2014年5月～2015年5月在我院进行血液透析失衡综合征的90例患者的相关资料，在治疗过程中分别对新透析患者和容易发病的患者采取主动的预防和护理方案。结果经过我院工作人员主动的预防和护理工作，血液透析失衡综合征的患者病情好转。结论医院采取积极的预防和护理方案，可以有效降低血液透析失衡综合征的发生率，提高患者的生活质量和幸福感。

목적：분석혈액투석종합정적예방급호리판법。방법분석2014년5월～2015년5월재아원진행혈액투석실형종합정적90례환자적상관자료，재치료과정중분별대신투석환자화용역발병적환자채취주동적예방화호리방안。결과경과아원공작인원주동적예방화호리공작，혈액투석실형종합정적환자병정호전。결론의원채취적겁적예방화호리방안，가이유효강저혈액투석실형종합정적발생솔，제고환자적생활질량화행복감。
Objective To analyze the prevention and nursing measures of hemodialysis syndrome.Methods The data of 90 cases of patients with imbalance syndrome in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015 in our hospital were analyzed. In the course of treatment,patients with new dialysis patients and easy to take the initiative to prevent and care programs.Results The patients in our hospital took the initiative to prevent and nursing work,and the patients with the syndrome of the imbalance of hemodialysis were significantly improved.Conclusion The hospital take active prevention and nursing program,can effectively reduce the incidence of hemodialysis imbalance syndrome,improve the patient's quality of life and happiness.
