按国标法对冻干驴乳粉中11种矿物元素含量进行测定,结果表明：驴乳粉含人体必需的常量和微量矿物元素,其中钙819 mg/100g、磷604 mg/100g、钾672 mg/100g、钠183 mg/100g、镁86 mg/100g、氯547 mg/100 g,钙磷比值1.36,钠钾比值0.27,同时还含有铁、锌、锰、铜、硒等。
안국표법대동간려유분중11충광물원소함량진행측정,결과표명：려유분함인체필수적상량화미량광물원소,기중개819 mg/100g、린604 mg/100g、갑672 mg/100g、납183 mg/100g、미86 mg/100g、록547 mg/100 g,개린비치1.36,납갑비치0.27,동시환함유철、자、맹、동、서등。
The content of 11 kinds of mineral elements in freeze-dried donkey milk powder was determined in accordance with Standardization Administration of the People's Republic of China, and the results were showed as follows: macro- and micro- mineral elements that are necessary for human body are contained in donkey milk powder, of which, Calcium is 819 mg/100g, Phosphorus 604 mg/100g, Kalium 672 mg/100g, Sodium 183 mg/100g, Magnesium 86 mg/100g and Chlorine 547 mg/100g, and the ratio of Calciumphosphorus and Potassiumsodium is 1.36 and 0.27 respectively. Besides, Iron, Zinc, Manganese, Cuprum, Selenium and other mineral elements are also contained therein.
