目的:了解住院医师规范化“5+3”政策出台后,医学生对此的知晓度、看法以及可能带来的影响,从而为该政策推行改进意见提供信息支持,为优化住院医师规范化培训(简称“规培”)提供参考。方法:选取316名在校医学生作为研究对象,采用自主设计的《关于住院医师规范化5+3政策的调查问卷》进行实地调查问卷和网上问卷。结果:医学生对住院医师规范化培训的知晓度有待提高,大部分的医学生表示对该政策略知一二,极少学生能够做到非常了解该政策。经过课题小组成员在调查过程中的知识普及,大多数医学生对于国家的政策是相对理解认可的,但有部分学生表示住院医师规范化培训三年太长,可以适当缩短年限。结论:住院医师规范化培训是培养合格医学人才的重要阶段,国家制定和出台相关政策时应适当考虑医学生的年龄、金钱、身心理等方面的问题,从而便于政策的实施。

Objective:To investigate the hospital physician standardized "5+3" policies, medical students of this awareness, attitudes and the possible influence, thus the policy implementation improvements to provide information support, in order to optimize the hospital standardized training of residents (referred to as "compliance training") to provide a reference. Methods:Choose 316 medical college students as the research object, the independent design of the standardized resident“5+ 3”policy on the questionnaire surveys and online questionnaire. Results:Medical students to the hospital standardized training of residents awareness needs to be improved, most of the medical students said the acquaintance with the policy, few students can do very understanding of the policy. After members of the research team in the investigation process knowledge popularization, most medical students for national policy is understood relatively recognized, but there are some students said the residency training three years is too long, can be appropriate to shorten the period. Conclusion: hospital standardized resident training is to cultivate qualified medical talents is an important stage, countries formulate and promulgate relevant policies should be appropriate to consider age, money, psychology of medical students, so as to facilitate policy implementation.
