九十年代以来，随着我国社会经济的高速发展，信息时代不仅给社会带来了巨大的变化，同时，对社会家庭生活也在发生潜移默化的影响，因非婚生子女产生的社会矛盾纠纷日益增长。在我国《婚姻法》中，关于非婚生子女的权益，仅在第25条第1款做出了相关规定。但此条过于原则性的规定，无法将非婚生子女的权益落到实处，从而导致此方面的社会矛盾日益加剧，影响社会的稳定、家庭的和谐。由此可见，建立相关法律制度，以保障非婚生子女这一弱势群体的合法权益迫在眉睫。文章将从实际案例出发，从案例引出，构建非婚生子女保护制度的关键要点，并提出相关建议。

Since the 1990s, along with the rapid development of social economy in our country, the information age not only to the society brought great changes, at the same time, the social and family life also in exert a subtle influence, caused by the out of wedlock social conflicts and disputes growing. In our "marriage law", concerning the rights of children born out of wedlock, only to make the relevant provisions in the first paragraph of article twenty-fifth. But the too principled provisions cannot be on the rights of children born out of wedlock implement, which leads to the increasing social contradictions and affect social stability, family harmony. Thus, the establishment of relevant legal system, to protect the illegitimate children the legitimate rights and interests of vulnerable groups is imminent. In this paper, starting from the actual cases, from the case leads, construction of illegitimate children protection system of the key points, and puts forward related suggestions.
