Emotional Quotient%Sports Coaches' Leadership Behavior%Coaching Efficacy
研究选取260名教练员(男性=176,女性=84)为被试,通过问卷调查法对教练员情商、教练员领导行为和教练员效能进行测试,以检验教练员情商与教练员领导行为的关系,以及教练员效能的中介作用。研究结果表明:(1)教练员情商对教练员效能具有显著影响,教练员情商的冲动性主要影响的是教练员的技术指导效能和人格塑造效能,焦虑情绪对教练员的比赛策略效能、动机激励和人格塑造均具有显著影响作用;(2)教练员的比赛策略效能能够有效预测教练员的专制行为、社会支持行为和积极反馈行为,教练员的动机激励效能对教练员的领导行为具有显著预测效应;(3)教练员效能对情商和教练员领导行为之间具有显著中介作用。

연구선취260명교련원(남성=176,녀성=84)위피시,통과문권조사법대교련원정상、교련원령도행위화교련원효능진행측시,이검험교련원정상여교련원령도행위적관계,이급교련원효능적중개작용。연구결과표명:(1)교련원정상대교련원효능구유현저영향,교련원정상적충동성주요영향적시교련원적기술지도효능화인격소조효능,초필정서대교련원적비새책략효능、동궤격려화인격소조균구유현저영향작용;(2)교련원적비새책략효능능구유효예측교련원적전제행위、사회지지행위화적겁반궤행위,교련원적동궤격려효능대교련원적령도행위구유현저예측효응;(3)교련원효능대정상화교련원령도행위지간구유현저중개작용。
The study selected 260 coaches (male = 176, female = 84) as research subjects. Their EQ, leadership and efficiency were tested by questionnaire for an examination of the relationship between coaches' EQ and lead-ership and the mediation of coaching efficacy. The results suggested that (1) There are significant correlation between the emotional quotient and coaching efficacy. Coaches' impulse has significant influence on their tech-nique guidance efficacy and character -building efficacy, and coaches' anxiety has significant influence on their game strategy efficacy, motivation efficacy and character -building efficacy. (2) The coaches' game strategy efficacy can effectively predict their autocratic behavior, social support behavior, positive feedback be-havior. The coaches' motivation efficacy has significantly predictable effect on their leadership style. (3) The coaching efficacy has significant intermediary effect on emotional quotient and coaches' leadership.
