对玉米锌指蛋白基因ZmAN11进行序列分析,结果表明ZmAN11开放阅读框长度为510 bp,编码一个含169个氨基酸的蛋白,预测分子量为18.06 kD,等电点是8.48。ZmAN11与水稻 OsiSAP8同源性最高。在非生物胁迫下的表达研究发现,在盐、冷和热激胁迫下,ZmAN11表达量上调;而在干旱胁迫下,ZmAN11表达量下调。器官特异性分析发现,该基因在玉米叶片及胚芽鞘中表达量较高。ZmAN11基因的序列分析及表达研究为进一步研究其生物学功能和应用奠定了基础。

The sequence analysis of maize zinc -finger protein gene ZmAN11 showed that the ORF was 51 0 bp,encoding a polypeptide with 1 69 amino acid residues.Its molecular mass was 1 8.06 kD and the pI was 8.48.ZmAN11 had the highest homology with OsiSAP8.The results of real -time quantitative fluores-cence PCR showed that the expression level of ZmAN11 increased under NaCl,cold and heat -shock stresses, but decreased under drought stress.Organ specificity analysis showed that the expression level of ZmAN11 was higher in leaves and coleoptiles.The sequence and expression analyses of ZmAN11 gene laid foundations for further study of its biological functions and practical application.
