In this paper, through analyzing the inventory characteristics and the popular inventory modes of the agricultural products and in view of the problems in the online order delivery existing therein, we built a dynamic programming model and then proposed the inventory strategy to better solve the demand-supply problem of the brick-and-mortar shops and facilitate the retailers to make more accurate and reasonable arrangement for the delivery of the online orders.
