目的：探究颅内动脉瘤患者行介入栓塞术的围术期间护理。方法分析自2010年9月～2012年9月在我院接受脑外科行介入栓塞术的80例颅内动脉瘤患者，并对围术期间护理方法进行总结。结果所有患者手术全部顺利完成，其中有3例在术中填塞弹簧圈时发生动脉瘤破裂出血，立刻将铂金微弹簧栓塞填入动脉瘤到出血停止，手术均获得成功，所有患者均痊愈出院。结论做好充分的术前准备以及对患者的心理疏导和观察术后患者的病情变化，对患者术后的康复中有至关重要的作。
목적：탐구로내동맥류환자행개입전새술적위술기간호리。방법분석자2010년9월～2012년9월재아원접수뇌외과행개입전새술적80례로내동맥류환자，병대위술기간호리방법진행총결。결과소유환자수술전부순리완성，기중유3례재술중전새탄황권시발생동맥류파렬출혈，립각장박금미탄황전새전입동맥류도출혈정지，수술균획득성공，소유환자균전유출원。결론주호충분적술전준비이급대환자적심리소도화관찰술후환자적병정변화，대환자술후적강복중유지관중요적작。
Objective To explore the perioperative period in patients with intracranial artery aneurysm embolization care.MethodsFrom September 2010 to September 2012 in our hospital neurosurgery interventional embolization of intracranial aneurysms in patients with 80 cases,and nursing perioperative period were summarized. ResultsAl patients were successfuly completed,aneurysm rupture occurs when filing coils in surgery where three cases, immediately fil platinum microcoil embolization aneurysm to stop the bleeding,operation was successful and al patients were cured and discharged. ConclusionDo adequate preoperative preparation and counseling for the patient and observed changes in heart patients,and for the rehabilitation of patients around the crucial role.
