目的：研究分析急性心肌梗死患者接受经桡动脉急诊PCI介入护理的临床使用效果。方法根据我院2014年1～12月的213例急性心肌梗死行桡动脉介入治疗的患者来进行研究分析，将这些患者分成对照组和观察组，前者有106例，后者有107例。对照组使用常规心脏病介入治疗护理，观察组使用综合护理模式，比较分析临床护理情况。结果观察组患者心功能恢复时间和住院时间要比对照组短，心肌梗死介入治疗过程中有不良反应的病例数量比对照组少，观察组患者较对照组患者的治疗和护理满意度高。结论急性心肌梗死行经桡动脉急诊PCI介入治疗时使用全程综合护理的效果比较好。
목적：연구분석급성심기경사환자접수경뇨동맥급진PCI개입호리적림상사용효과。방법근거아원2014년1～12월적213례급성심기경사행뇨동맥개입치료적환자래진행연구분석，장저사환자분성대조조화관찰조，전자유106례，후자유107례。대조조사용상규심장병개입치료호리，관찰조사용종합호리모식，비교분석림상호리정황。결과관찰조환자심공능회복시간화주원시간요비대조조단，심기경사개입치료과정중유불량반응적병례수량비대조조소，관찰조환자교대조조환자적치료화호리만의도고。결론급성심기경사행경뇨동맥급진PCI개입치료시사용전정종합호리적효과비교호。
Objective To study the clinical effect of nursing in acute myocardial infarction patients treated with percutaneous coronary intervention in patients with PCI.Methods From January 2014 to December 2014,213 patients with acute myocardial infarction treated by radial artery interventional therapy were analyzed. The patients were divided into control group and observation group,106 cases in the former,107 cases in the latter. The control group using conventional heart disease intervention treatment,observation group using comprehensive nursing mode,comparative analysis of clinical nursing. Results The recovery time and hospitalization time of patients in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group. The number of patients with adverse reactions in the treatment of myocardial infarction was less than that in the control group,and the patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.Conclusion The effect of the whole course of the treatment of acute myocardial infarction with PCI intervention in the radial artery is better,and it can be popularized.
