目的：总结膀胱全切输尿管皮肤造口术围手术期护理体会。方法回顾性分析了12例接受膀胱全切输尿管皮肤造口术患者的病例资料。结果通过对患者进行围手术期精心护理，所有患者均未出现严重并发症，且恢复良好。结论做好膀胱全切输尿管皮肤造口患者的围手术期的护理是保证手术成功的重要因素，同时也是有效控制并发症、促进患者康复的关键。
목적：총결방광전절수뇨관피부조구술위수술기호리체회。방법회고성분석료12례접수방광전절수뇨관피부조구술환자적병례자료。결과통과대환자진행위수술기정심호리，소유환자균미출현엄중병발증，차회복량호。결론주호방광전절수뇨관피부조구환자적위수술기적호리시보증수술성공적중요인소，동시야시유효공제병발증、촉진환자강복적관건。
Objective To summarize the nursing experience of radical cystectomy with reterostomy in perioperative period.Methods To review the nursing procedure of 12 patients accept radical cystectomy with reterostomy.Results After careful nursing in perioperative period,al the patients recovered wel without serious complication.Conclusion A good nursing for radical cystectomy with reterostomy in perioperative period is an important factor to maintain successful operation,as wel as reducing complications and good recovery.
