目的：研究综合护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病妊娠结局的影响。方法选取2012年1月～2015年2月我院收治的108例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇，根据不同护理方法将其分为两组，观察组予综合护理干预措施，对照组予常规护理措施，观察其护理效果。结果观察组产妇及新生儿并发症发生率均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论综合护理干预措施能有效改善妊娠期糖尿病妊娠患者分娩结局，改善母婴预后。
目的：研究綜閤護理榦預對妊娠期糖尿病妊娠結跼的影響。方法選取2012年1月～2015年2月我院收治的108例妊娠期糖尿病孕婦，根據不同護理方法將其分為兩組，觀察組予綜閤護理榦預措施，對照組予常規護理措施，觀察其護理效果。結果觀察組產婦及新生兒併髮癥髮生率均優于對照組（P＜0.05）。結論綜閤護理榦預措施能有效改善妊娠期糖尿病妊娠患者分娩結跼，改善母嬰預後。
목적：연구종합호리간예대임신기당뇨병임신결국적영향。방법선취2012년1월～2015년2월아원수치적108례임신기당뇨병잉부，근거불동호리방법장기분위량조，관찰조여종합호리간예조시，대조조여상규호리조시，관찰기호리효과。결과관찰조산부급신생인병발증발생솔균우우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론종합호리간예조시능유효개선임신기당뇨병임신환자분면결국，개선모영예후。
Objective To study the comprehensive nursing intervention on gestational diabetes pregnancy outcome. Methods From January 2012 to February 2015 in our hospital,108 cases of pregnant women with gestational diabetes,according to the different methods of care were divided into two groups, the observation group to comprehensive care interventions,the control group received usual care measures,observed its care benefits.Results The incidence of maternal and neonatal complications was less than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the outcome of pregnancy in patients with gestational diabetes childbirth,improve maternal prognosis.
