目的：观察手法复位腕桡背侧石膏外固定治疗桡骨远端伸直型骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾分析2010年9月～2013年9月收治的选择性桡骨远端伸直型闭合性骨折患者100例，均采用手法复位，腕桡背侧石膏外固定，比较DR片复位效果，骨折愈合过程中骨折再移位情况及骨折愈合后腕关节活动度及握力恢复情况。结果100例患者均一次复位成功，复位后的消肿时间约为5～7 d，骨折临床愈合时间为4～6周，治疗过程简单，安全，疗效满意。结论手法复位腕桡背侧石膏外固定治疗选择性桡骨远端伸直型骨折临床疗效满意。
목적：관찰수법복위완뇨배측석고외고정치료뇨골원단신직형골절적림상료효。방법회고분석2010년9월～2013년9월수치적선택성뇨골원단신직형폐합성골절환자100례，균채용수법복위，완뇨배측석고외고정，비교DR편복위효과，골절유합과정중골절재이위정황급골절유합후완관절활동도급악력회복정황。결과100례환자균일차복위성공，복위후적소종시간약위5～7 d，골절림상유합시간위4～6주，치료과정간단，안전，료효만의。결론수법복위완뇨배측석고외고정치료선택성뇨골원단신직형골절림상료효만의。
ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of plaster for external fixation after manipulative reduction in the treatment of distal radius fracture.Methods From September 2010 to September 2013,100 patients with distal radius fracture were treated with manipulative reduction and plaster external fixation, the comparison of digital radiography(DR)reduction,re-displacement of fracture in the process of fracture healing and the recovery of wrist movement and grip strength after fracture healing.Results100 patients were al successfuly reset at a time,the sweling time was about 5~7 days after reduction,the healing time was 4~6 weeks,the treatment process was simple,safe and satisfactory.Conclusion Manipulative reduction of the external fixation of wrist radial back in the treatment of selective distal radius fractures is satisfactory.
