慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）是一种能够预防和缓解的常见呼吸系统疾病，主要表现为肺通气和换气功能进行性下降，西医治疗多遵循COPD全球策略(GOLD)分级治疗原则，早期犹可改善，后期多不能逆转，远期疗效尚不甚明确。中医向来在医治COPD方面有着其特殊疗效，并取得了良好的效果，但是未能系统一套规范化的治疗体系，现为挖掘中医的特色治疗并提供相应的治疗研究近况，就近年来中医治疗COPD研究，进行系统的整理和综述。
