目的：研究疏肝健脾法在慢性肝病治疗过程中对胃肠道调节作用。方法：本着随机、盲法、对照的原则，将120例慢性肝病胃肠道功能异常患者分为疏肝健脾组（80例）和西药组（40例），治疗1月后对照比较两组疗效及中医症候改善情况。结果：在有效率上疏肝健脾组为88.8%，西药组为80.0%，疏肝健脾组优于西药组（P<0.05）；中医症候改善方面，疏肝健脾组有效率为86.3%%，西药组为75.0%，疏肝健脾组亦优于西药组（P<0.05）。结论：中医疏肝健脾法对慢性肝病胃肠功能有较好的调节作用。

목적：연구소간건비법재만성간병치료과정중대위장도조절작용。방법：본착수궤、맹법、대조적원칙，장120례만성간병위장도공능이상환자분위소간건비조（80례）화서약조（40례），치료1월후대조비교량조료효급중의증후개선정황。결과：재유효솔상소간건비조위88.8%，서약조위80.0%，소간건비조우우서약조（P<0.05）；중의증후개선방면，소간건비조유효솔위86.3%%，서약조위75.0%，소간건비조역우우서약조（P<0.05）。결론：중의소간건비법대만성간병위장공능유교호적조절작용。
Objective:To study the effect of smoothing liver and strengthening spleen method of TCM on regulating gastrointestinal tract during treating Chronic liver disease(CLD).Method: Following the principle of random, blinding, contrast, we divided 120 cases of CLD patients into 2 groups, 80 cases were treated with TCM method and 40 cases were treated with western medicine. Compare therapeutic effects and improvement of TCM symptom after 1 month of therapy. Results: Effective ratio in TCM method group is (88.8%) that significantly higher than that in western medicine group (80.0%) (p<0.05). On the improvement of TCM symptoms, effective ratio in TCM method group is (86.3%%),while in western medicine group is75.0%. The prior was superior to the later.(p<0.05) Conclusion: Smoothing liver and strengthening spleen method of TCM indeed has better regulating action to gastrointestinal function in patients with Chronic liver disease.
