通过对浙江省2008-2014年114个网络舆情热点事件及其增长趋势、主题、地域和传播媒介的调查，发现地方政府应对网络舆情时存在忽视社会现实问题、处置过程不科学、缺乏早期监测预警机制等问题，并提出了重视民意、完善舆情应急管理体制、构建实时监测预警响应机制等建议。
通過對浙江省2008-2014年114箇網絡輿情熱點事件及其增長趨勢、主題、地域和傳播媒介的調查，髮現地方政府應對網絡輿情時存在忽視社會現實問題、處置過程不科學、缺乏早期鑑測預警機製等問題，併提齣瞭重視民意、完善輿情應急管理體製、構建實時鑑測預警響應機製等建議。
통과대절강성2008-2014년114개망락여정열점사건급기증장추세、주제、지역화전파매개적조사，발현지방정부응대망락여정시존재홀시사회현실문제、처치과정불과학、결핍조기감측예경궤제등문제，병제출료중시민의、완선여정응급관리체제、구건실시감측예경향응궤제등건의。
Through the investigation and analysis of the growth trend,theme,region and media for the 1 14 network public opinion hot events in Zhejiang Province from 2008 to 2014,we find that there ex-ist such problems as ignoring the reality of the society,unscientific treatment process,lack of detecting and early warning mechanism,etc.in dealing with net public opinions,and then give some suggestions that the government should attach importance to public opinions,improve the emergency management system,and build real time detecting and early warning response mechanism.
