目的：探讨经皮肝胆管引流术治疗58例肝内梗阻性重症胆管炎患者的可行性。方法选取我院收治的58例肝内梗阻性重症胆管炎患者作为研究对象，将患者分为对照组与治疗组各29例，对照组主要采用开放式胆总管切开减压术治疗，治疗组主要采用经皮肝胆管引流术治疗，对两组患者的临床效果进行比较。结果治疗组的总有效率97.54%，并发症发生率1.21%，对照组的总有效率92.1%，并发症发生率4.54%，通过两组患者的疗效比较，治疗组的效果比对照组显著，两组患者的比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对肝内梗阻性重症胆管炎患者采用经皮肝胆管引流术治疗，在临床中取得了良好的效果。
목적：탐토경피간담관인류술치료58례간내경조성중증담관염환자적가행성。방법선취아원수치적58례간내경조성중증담관염환자작위연구대상，장환자분위대조조여치료조각29례，대조조주요채용개방식담총관절개감압술치료，치료조주요채용경피간담관인류술치료，대량조환자적림상효과진행비교。결과치료조적총유효솔97.54%，병발증발생솔1.21%，대조조적총유효솔92.1%，병발증발생솔4.54%，통과량조환자적료효비교，치료조적효과비대조조현저，량조환자적비교차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론대간내경조성중증담관염환자채용경피간담관인류술치료，재림상중취득료량호적효과。
ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage in the treatment of the feasibility of 58 cases of intrahepatic obstructive cholangitis patients.Methods58 cases of intrahepatic obstruction with severe cholangitis patients as the object of study,patients were divided into control group and treatment group 29 cases,control group mainly adopted open common bile duct incision decompression treatment,therapy group were treated by percutaneous biliary drainage therapy,the clinical effect of two groups of patients were compared.ResultsThe total effective rate of the treatment group was 1.21%,the complication rate was 97.54%,the total effective rate was 92.1%,the complication rate was 4.54%. The effect of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference of the two groups was statisticaly significant(P<0.05). ConclusionOf intrahepatic obstructive cholangitis of severe type patients by percutaneous transhepatic tube drainage in the treatment,good effect is achieved in the clinical.
