目的：探讨在治疗皮质醇增多症患者过程中存在的护理问题，从而改善护理方法。方法选取我院2014年1月～2014年10月53例皮质醇增多症患者为研究对象，对比护理前后的病情状况。结果53例皮质醇增多症患者同时产生多种病症，其中45例患者体象失调，38例患者精神状况不佳，47例患者有不同程度的并发症产生，28例患者感染，12例患者骨质改变。结论针对不同患者采取相应的护理措施。若患者有自残倾向，应采取有效的防护措施；若患者出现焦虑、抑郁等消极心理，应及时做好心理疏导；若患者严重高血压等疾病，避免出现脑血管意外等并发症；若患者自身抵抗力弱，应做好防感染措施；针对骨质疏松患者，嘱咐其不要进行剧烈运动，以免摔伤，并做好静脉采血工作。
목적：탐토재치료피질순증다증환자과정중존재적호리문제，종이개선호리방법。방법선취아원2014년1월～2014년10월53례피질순증다증환자위연구대상，대비호리전후적병정상황。결과53례피질순증다증환자동시산생다충병증，기중45례환자체상실조，38례환자정신상황불가，47례환자유불동정도적병발증산생，28례환자감염，12례환자골질개변。결론침대불동환자채취상응적호리조시。약환자유자잔경향，응채취유효적방호조시；약환자출현초필、억욱등소겁심리，응급시주호심리소도；약환자엄중고혈압등질병，피면출현뇌혈관의외등병발증；약환자자신저항력약，응주호방감염조시；침대골질소송환자，촉부기불요진행극렬운동，이면솔상，병주호정맥채혈공작。
Objective To explore the nursing problems in the treatment of patients with hypercortisolism,and to improve the nursing methods.Methods Selected the patients in our hospital from January 2014 to October 2014,53 cases of patients with hypercortisolism studies the condition of the patients before and after nursing.Results53 cases of patients with hypercortisolism increased by a variety of diseases,including 45 cases of patients with body disorders,38 cases of patients with poor mental condition,47 patients had different degrees of complications,28 cases of patients with infection,12 cases of bone change.Conclusion The corresponding nursing measures are taken for different patients. If the patient has a tendency to self mutilation, should take effective preventive measures,if the patients suffered from anxiety,depression and other negative psychological,should be timely do psychological counseling,if patients with serious diseases such as hypertension,avoid appear the complication such as cerebrovascular accident,if the patient's own weak resistance should be good measures to prevent infection,for patients with osteoporosis and asked them not to strenuous exercise, lest hurt,and do a good job of work of venous blood.
