为评价行动导向教学法在全科医学专业《中医学》教学中的应用效果,将全科医学专业平行班通过抽签分为行动导向教学组和对照组,以脏腑辨证为教改内容,行动导向教学组应用行动导向教学法,对照组采用传统教学法。通过问卷调查两组的教学效果及专业技能和软技能提高的效果,并比较两组的期末考试成绩。结果发现,行动导向教学组的课堂气氛、学生对知识的理解、学习兴趣、对临床工作过程与环境的认知程度、对各证型辨证诊断要点的掌握程度、应用中医临床诊治的自信、期末考试总分、病例分析题得分均优于对照组;两组学生对自学能力的自我评价无差别。说明在全科医学专业《中医学》教学中引入行动导向教学具有一定的积极意义。

For the appraise effect of action oriented teaching in Chinese Medicine of the general medical major,we divide general medical major into action oriented teaching class and contrast group class by draw.The action oriented group adopts action oriented teaching and the contrast group adopts the traditional teaching.The teaching effect,professional skills and the application of soft skills between the two groups are tested through questionnaire and the comparison of the achievements of the final ex-aminations between the two groups.The result shows that the action oriented group is superior to the contrast group in classroom atmosphere,students understanding of the knowledge,their learning inter-est,the recognition degree of the clinical working procedure and the environment and the mastery of the main points of the syndrome differentiation and diagnosis,self confidence in the application of Chinese medicine clinical treatment,the total achievements in the final examination and analysis of disease cases. The result shows that there is no difference of the evaluation of the self learning ability between the two groups,but it is apparent that the introduction of action oriented teaching into the course of the Chinese Medicine in the general medical major has certain positive significance.
