目的：探讨以动机性访谈理论为基础制定的干预措施对全膝关节置换术患者早期康复锻炼的影响。方法便利抽样选取在哈尔滨医科大学附属肿瘤医院骨外科行全膝关节置换术患者90例，按病区分为实验组和对照组，每组各45例，实验组在常规护理的基础上实施动机性访谈干预，比较两组患者康复锻炼完成情况以及膝关节功能评分。结果实验组康复锻炼练完成情况和膝关节功能评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（均 P＜00．5）。结论动机性访谈干预能够提高全膝关节置换术患者早期康复锻炼的依从性，促进膝关节功能的恢复，提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of motivational interviewing in the early stage rehabilitation of patients with total knee arthroplasty .Methods By convenience sampling ,totally 90 total knee arthroplasty pa-tients were assigned into the control group(45 cases)and the experimental group(45 cases) .The experimental group was applied with motivational interviewing .The rehabilitation compliance and knee joint function assessment score were compared .Results The results showed that the patients’ rehabilitation compliance and knee joint function scores in the experimental group were significantly better than the control group (all P<0.05) .Conclusion The motivational interviewing-based interventions can effectively improve the patients’ rehabilitation compliance and the recovery of joint function ,thus to improve the patient’s quality of life .
