目的：编制重症监护病房（intensive care unit ，ICU ）患者身体约束实施情况的调查表，了解ICU护士实施患者身体约束的具体情况。方法通过访谈法，结合文献资料建立患者身体约束实施情况调查表的基本框架，发展条目池；经专家咨询及预试验，形成量表，对253名IC U护士进行样本测试，评价量表的信度、效度及鉴别度。结果所编制的IC U患者身体约束实施情况调查表包含7个维度45个条目。项目分析结果显示，量表所有条目的鉴别度均良好；内容效度指数为09．5，Cron-bachα系数为09．13，折半系数为06．69；因子分析显示，量表各维度方差变异的解释量均大于40％。结论该IC U患者身体约束实施情况调查表具有较好的信度和效度，适合调查我国IC U护士对患者身体约束的实施情况。

Objective To develop a scale of ICU nurses implementation of physical restraints in ICU pa-tients ,in order to understand the status quo of physical restraint use in intensive care units .Methods Through interview and literature review ,the framework and each items were built .Experts couslting and pretests were conducted to finally forme the scale 2.53 nurses from ICUs were investigated to test the reli-ablity and validity of the scale .Results The scale of ICU nurses’ implementation of physical restraints in-cludes 7 dimensions and 45 items .The scale’s content validity index was 0 9.5 ,Cronbach’s alpha coefficient was 0 9.13 ,split half reliability was 0 6.69 and dimension analysis showed that variance of each dimension was more than 40% .Conclusion The scale has good reliability and validity ,which is suitable for investiga-ting the status quo of physical restraint of ICU nurses .
