目的：比较观察两种维持方法治疗复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病（ RVVC）的疗效，寻找一种疗程短、疗效确切的维持治疗RVVC的治疗方案。方法将112例RVVC患者随机分为观察组和对照组各56例，观察组在维持治疗期间，单纯给予维生素C片阴道上药治疗，疗程3个月；对照组常规内服氟康唑、阴道放置克霉唑栓，疗程6个月。比较两组患者的临床疗效、药物不良反应及复发率。结果观察组和对照组总有效率分别为96．4％和98．2％，两组疗效比较差异无统计学意义（ P ＞0．05）；观察组出现阴道胀痛5例（8．9％），对照组13例（23．2％）分别出现恶心、呕吐及阴道灼热感，两组药物不良反应发生率比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；观察组1年复发2例（3．6％），对照组复发3例（5．4％），两组复发率比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论采用维生素C片阴道上药维持治疗RVVC，具有疗程短、疗效确切、减少口服药物的不良反应、减轻患者经济负担、患者易接受等优点，值得临床推广应用。
목적：비교관찰량충유지방법치료복발성외음음도가사효모균병（ RVVC）적료효，심조일충료정단、료효학절적유지치료RVVC적치료방안。방법장112례RVVC환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조각56례，관찰조재유지치료기간，단순급여유생소C편음도상약치료，료정3개월；대조조상규내복불강서、음도방치극매서전，료정6개월。비교량조환자적림상료효、약물불량반응급복발솔。결과관찰조화대조조총유효솔분별위96．4％화98．2％，량조료효비교차이무통계학의의（ P ＞0．05）；관찰조출현음도창통5례（8．9％），대조조13례（23．2％）분별출현악심、구토급음도작열감，량조약물불량반응발생솔비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）；관찰조1년복발2례（3．6％），대조조복발3례（5．4％），량조복발솔비교차이무통계학의의（P＞0．05）。결론채용유생소C편음도상약유지치료RVVC，구유료정단、료효학절、감소구복약물적불량반응、감경환자경제부담、환자역접수등우점，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of two kinds of maintenance therapy on treating re-current vulvovaginal candidiasis( RVVC) and to find a maintenance therapic method with shorter course of treatment and better curative effect.Methods One hundred and twelve patients with RVVC were randomly divided into the ob-servation group(n=56) and the control group(n=56).The observation group was simply given vitamin C tablets in vagina during maintenance therapy for three months; The control group was treated with oral fluconazol and vaginal suppository of clotrimazole for six months.The clinical efficacy, adverse reactions and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rates were 96.4%and 98.2%in the observation group and the control group respectively( P>0.05);Vaginal pain occured in five patients in the observation group (8.9%) ,while more adverse reactions including nausea, vomiting and vaginal burning sensation occur in thirteen patients in the con -trol group(23.2%) , with a significant difference in adverse reaction rate between the two groups ( P<0.05 ) .The disease reoccurred in two cases ( 3.6%) in the observation group one year after the treatment, while three cases (5.4%) in the control group, without a significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Ex-ternal use of vitamin C tablets in vagina has some advantages of a shorter course, satisfactory curative effect and less drug adverse reactions for the treatment of RVVC.
