目的：探讨有效沟通在精神病护理中的体会。方法将2013年1月～2014年2月在解放军第91中心医院精神科全军精神疾病防治研究所住院的精神病患者100例，分为随机2组，均于有效沟通前和有效沟通15天后采用简明精神病评定量表（BPRS）进行评价比较。结果2组入组时精神病症状评定量表评分差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），15天后观察组总分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论有效沟通有促进精神病康复的作用。

목적：탐토유효구통재정신병호리중적체회。방법장2013년1월～2014년2월재해방군제91중심의원정신과전군정신질병방치연구소주원적정신병환자100례，분위수궤2조，균우유효구통전화유효구통15천후채용간명정신병평정량표（BPRS）진행평개비교。결과2조입조시정신병증상평정량표평분차이무통계학의의（P＞0.05），15천후관찰조총분균저우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.01）。결론유효구통유촉진정신병강복적작용。
Objective To explore the experience of effective communication in the psychiatric nursing.Methods 100 patients with mental disorders were randomly divided into ninety-first groups,which were randomly divided into 2 groups. The patients were randomly divided into groups. The patients were randomly divided into 15 groups. The patients were randomly divided into groups.ResultsThere was no significant difference between the2groups(P>0.05),and the total score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.01).ConclusionEffective communication has the effect of promoting the rehabilitation of the mental disease.
