目的：总结100例ICU机械通气患者人工气道护理体会；方法：对广西中医药大学第一附属医院100例建立人工气道机械通气的患者采取科学管理及有效护理措施；结果：经过有效的人工气道管理及护理，无非计划性拔管、气道堵塞、呼吸机相关性肺炎等发生；结论：对人工气道的科学管理和有效的护理措施可以改善预后，减少并发症的发生。
목적：총결100례ICU궤계통기환자인공기도호리체회；방법：대엄서중의약대학제일부속의원100례건립인공기도궤계통기적환자채취과학관리급유효호리조시；결과：경과유효적인공기도관리급호리，무비계화성발관、기도도새、호흡궤상관성폐염등발생；결론：대인공기도적과학관리화유효적호리조시가이개선예후，감소병발증적발생。
Objective: To summarize the experience of artificial airway care in 100 patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU.Methods: 100 cases of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi traditional Chinese medicine university were taken to take scientific management and effective nursing measures for patients with artificial airway mechanical ventilation.Results: after effective artificial airway management and nursing care, it is not only planning to pull out the tube, airway obstruction, ventilator associated pneumonia, etc. conclusion: scientific management and effective nursing measures for artificial airway can improve the prognosis and reduce the occurrence of complications.
