目的：观察参芪扶正液抗蒽环类药物化疗所致心脏毒性的作用。方法80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在应用蒽环类药物化疗同时给予参芪扶正液静滴,对照组单用化疗药物,观察两组患者在化疗过程中的心脏毒性反应和心功能的变化情况。结果对照组动态心电图异常率明显高于 SQFZ 组,差异有统计学意义(P <0．001)。两组治疗前后左室射血分数虽然都略有下降,但差异无统计学意义(P >0．05)。对照组肌钙蛋白 I 升高值明显高于 SQFZ 组,差异有统计学意义(P <0．001)。对照组脑钠肽升高值明显高于,差异有统计学意义 SQFZ 组(P <0．001)。两组在生活质量改善率相比较,SQFZ 组生活质量改善率明显高于对照组(P <0．001)。结论参芪扶正液在蒽环类药物化疗过程中具有心脏保护作用,是较好的心肌细胞保护剂。

Objective To observe the heart protection effect of parenteral solution Shenqifuzheng in the chemotherapy with marcellomyc in. Methods 80 patients were divided into two groups:treatment group and control group. The patients in the treatment group were given parenteral solution Shenqifuzheng and chemotherapy with marcellomyc in,while the patients in the con-trol group were only given chemotherapy. Results In dynamic ECG abnormalities rate,the control group were significantly higher than SQFZ groups(P < 0. 001). Although left ventricular ejection fraction before and after treatment were slightly decreased, but no significant difference(P > 0. 05). Troponin I elevation values hof the control group were significantly higher than SQFZ group(P <0. 001). Increased the value of brain natriuretic peptide, the control group was significantly higher than SQFZ group(P < 0. 001). The two groups in the quality of life improvement rate, SQFZ group were significantly higher(P < 0. 001). Conclusion Parenteral solution Shenqifuzheng can protect heart in the cardic toxicity with marcellomyc in,it might be a good myocardial cellular pro-tectant.
