目的：了解初治结核患者出院后服药依从性的现状及其影响因素，为提高患者服药依从性提供参考。方法以随机抽样方法抽取结核门诊复查的初治结核患者169例，采用社会支持评定量表( SSRS)及自行设计的服药依从性影响因素问卷进行调查。结果初治结核患者出院后服药依从性较低，遵医嘱服药者仅占47．92%；服药依从性受疾病认知程度、文化程度、经济条件、年龄、社会支持、药物副作用等因素的影响(P<0．05)；疾病认知程度、文化程度、经济条件、社会支持与服药依从性呈正相关，药物不良反应、年龄与服药依从性呈负相关。结论初治结核患者出院后服药依从性普遍较低，医护人员应根据相关因素采取有效措施提高服药依从性，进而提高治疗效果。

Objective To study the situation and influencing factors of medication compliance of patients discharged from hospital after the initial treatment of tuberculosis. Methods 169 initial treated tuberculosis patients were randomly selected to given social support rating scale ( SSRS) and self-designed medication compliance of influ-ence factors questionnaire. Results The medication compliance of initial treated tuberculosis patients was low, only accounting 47. 92%. Their compliance was influenced by disease awareness, cultural degree, economic conditions, age, social support, drug side effects and other factors (P<0. 05). The degree of disease cognition and cultural, e-conomic conditions and social support were positively correlated with medication compliance, and adverse drug reac-tions and age was negatively related with medication compliance. Conclusion The initial treated tuberculosis pa-tients after discharge has a low medication compliance in general, and the staff should take effective measures to im-prove compliance according to the related factors in order to improve the treatment effect.
