目的：探讨急诊手术修复外伤性末节指体端软组织缺损的方法。方法回顾性分析2009～2014年该院急诊外科手术修复65例外伤引起末节指体端软组织缺损的临床资料。结果采取最佳治疗方案急诊手术治疗和术后康复处理，术后随访根据中华医学会手外科学会手功能评定试用标准综合评价，65例患者中，优20例，良34例，可8例，差3例，患者满意。结论根据损伤类型结合患者要求，选择最佳修复方案，及时急诊手术修复外伤性末节指体端软组织缺损，术后康复处理，有助于提高疗效。
목적：탐토급진수술수복외상성말절지체단연조직결손적방법。방법회고성분석2009～2014년해원급진외과수술수복65예외상인기말절지체단연조직결손적림상자료。결과채취최가치료방안급진수술치료화술후강복처리，술후수방근거중화의학회수외과학회수공능평정시용표준종합평개，65례환자중，우20례，량34례，가8례，차3례，환자만의。결론근거손상류형결합환자요구，선택최가수복방안，급시급진수술수복외상성말절지체단연조직결손，술후강복처리，유조우제고료효。
Objective To explore the methods of emergency operation for repairing traumatic distal finger and soft tissue defect.Methods Sixty-five patients who were performed the operation for repairing traumatic distal fingers ends and soft tissue defect were retrospectively analyzed from 2009 to 2014 in the emergency room of our hos-pital.Results After taking the best treatment of emergency operation treatment and postoperative rehabilitation treat-ment, according to the hand surgery society of Chinese Medical Association of hand function assessment standard for comprehensive evaluation, the clinical efficacy was excellent in 20 cases, good in 34 cases, improved in 8 cases, poor in 3 cases.Conclusion According to the different types of injury and patients′requirements, selecting the best repair scheme of emergency operation and timely repairing of traumatic finger end and soft tissue defect, can improve the curative effect and the postoperative rehabilitation.
