目的：研究产后出血治疗中子宫压迫缝合术的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的58例产后出血患者，分为两组各29例，对照组予常规止血，观察组予子宫压迫缝合术，观察治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗有效率、术中出血量和术后2 h出血量、术后并发症发生率均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论子宫压迫缝合术可有效改善产后出血患者临床症状，有效改善预后。
目的：研究產後齣血治療中子宮壓迫縫閤術的臨床效果。方法選取我院收治的58例產後齣血患者，分為兩組各29例，對照組予常規止血，觀察組予子宮壓迫縫閤術，觀察治療效果。結果觀察組患者治療有效率、術中齣血量和術後2 h齣血量、術後併髮癥髮生率均優于對照組（P＜0.05）。結論子宮壓迫縫閤術可有效改善產後齣血患者臨床癥狀，有效改善預後。
목적：연구산후출혈치료중자궁압박봉합술적림상효과。방법선취아원수치적58례산후출혈환자，분위량조각29례，대조조여상규지혈，관찰조여자궁압박봉합술，관찰치료효과。결과관찰조환자치료유효솔、술중출혈량화술후2 h출혈량、술후병발증발생솔균우우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론자궁압박봉합술가유효개선산후출혈환자림상증상，유효개선예후。
ObjectiveTo study the clinical application of uterine compression suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods 58 patients in our hospital postpartum hemorrhage were divided into two groups,29 cases in the control group were treated with conventional hemostatic,the observation group to uterine compression suture,the treatment effect was observed.Results The patients efficient 2 h blood loss and postoperative bleeding,postoperative complication rate were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Uterine compression suture can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of postpartum hemorrhage,improve prognosis.
