目的：探讨管腔类器械应用综合清洗法的效果。方法选取2015年1～6月管腔类器械200件，按清洗方法分为对照组和实验纽，每组各100件，对照组采用单纯的，实验组采用综合清洗法，对比两组清洗合格率。结果经棉签目测法及血红蛋白检测法显示，实验组清洗合格率高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论采用综合清洗方法可提高清洗质量，取得满意的灭菌效果。

목적：탐토관강류기계응용종합청세법적효과。방법선취2015년1～6월관강류기계200건，안청세방법분위대조조화실험뉴，매조각100건，대조조채용단순적，실험조채용종합청세법，대비량조청세합격솔。결과경면첨목측법급혈홍단백검측법현시，실험조청세합격솔고우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론채용종합청세방법가제고청세질량，취득만의적멸균효과。
Objective To investigate the effect of lumen type device applications integrated cleaning method.MethodsFrom January2015 to June 2015,200 lumen type device,according to the cleaning method,was divided into control and experimental new zealand,100 in each group,the control group using a simple,integrated cleaning method in the experimental group,compared two groups of cleaning Pass rate. Results Cotton visual method and hemoglobin assay showed that the experimental group was significantly higher pass rate cleaning(P<0.05). Conclusion The integrated cleaning method can significantly improve the quality of cleaning,sterilization achieved satisfactory results.
