目的：对高血压手术患者的麻醉处理方法以及效果进行研究。方法选取于2013年7月～2015年8月在我院接受手术治疗的高血压患者73例，按照平行对照、临床开放的设计方法将患者随机分为对照组（34例）和观察组（39例），观察单纯全麻和全麻复合硬膜外阻滞麻醉的效果并进行比较。结果麻醉后，在T1、T2、T3等阶段，对照组患者的舒张压、收缩压以及心率均有变化，但是观察组患者的舒张压、收缩压以及心率波动不大，并且观察组患者的舒张压、收缩压以及心率均低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论全麻复合硬膜外阻滞麻醉在高血压手术患者中具有临床应用效果，不会对患者的心率以及血压造成较大的影响。

Objective To study the methods and effects of anesthetic management for patients with hypertension.Methods 73 patients with hypertension treated by surgery in our hospital from July 2013 to August 2015 were randomly divided into control group(34 cases)and observation group(39 cases). The effect of combined general anesthesia and general anesthesia combined with epidural block anesthesia was compared with that of control group(cases).Results After anesthesia,the diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and heart rate were significantly changed in T1,T3,T2,and the control group were significantly lower than that of the control group,and the diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and heart rate were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group,with statisticaly significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion General anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia in patients with hypertension has a significant clinical application effect,and wil not affect the patient's heart rate and blood pressure.
