目的：：观察西医治疗基础上加用柴胡疏肝散合四君子汤治疗肝硬化肝郁脾虚证的临床疗效。方法：将59例肝硬化代偿期肝郁脾虚证患者随机分为两组，其中对照组29例，治疗组30例。对照组予西医护肝治疗，治疗组在西医常规治疗基础上加用柴胡疏肝散合四君子汤治疗，观察比较两组临床疗效。结果：两组患者临床症状及中医证候积分均得到有效改善，治疗组总有效率为65.51%，高于对照组65.51%（P<0.05）。结论：柴胡疏肝散合四君子汤配合西医护肝治疗，可明显改善肝硬化肝郁脾虚证患者临床症状。
목적：：관찰서의치료기출상가용시호소간산합사군자탕치료간경화간욱비허증적림상료효。방법：장59례간경화대상기간욱비허증환자수궤분위량조，기중대조조29례，치료조30례。대조조여서의호간치료，치료조재서의상규치료기출상가용시호소간산합사군자탕치료，관찰비교량조림상료효。결과：량조환자림상증상급중의증후적분균득도유효개선，치료조총유효솔위65.51%，고우대조조65.51%（P<0.05）。결론：시호소간산합사군자탕배합서의호간치료，가명현개선간경화간욱비허증환자림상증상。
Objective: Observation on the basis of Western medicine treatment combined with Chaihu Shugan powder and the clinical curative effect of Sijunzi Decoction in the treatment of liver cirrhosis with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome. Methods: 59 cases of patients with decompensated cirrhosis of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into two groups, including 29 cases in the control group, the treatment group of 30 cases. The control group was treated with western medicine in the treatment of liver, treatment group in the routine treatment of Western medicine plus with Chaihu Shugan powder and Sijunzi Decoction, observe clinical curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results: the clinical symptoms and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were improved, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 65.51%, higher than the control group 65.51% (P<0.05). Conclusion: Chaihu Shugan powder synthetic Sijunzi Decoction Combined with western medicine in the treatment of liver, can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of the patients with liver cirrhosis of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome.
