耕地综合质量评价与分区是基本农田划定和高标准基本农田建设的前提与基础。从土壤质地、农田基础设施、耕地空间形态及规模3方面选取10个指标,以综合指数模型及GIS分区技术,将绥化市北林区耕地划分为优先划定、适宜调入、重点建设和退出型耕地类型区。优先划定型耕地综合质量最优,是高标准基本农田建设的重点,是粮食生产和现代农业建设的示范优选区域;适宜调入型耕地也可作为基本农田近期建设的优先区域;重点建设型耕地宜采取中、远期土地综合整治规划分步建设;退出型耕地不宜划定基本农田。研究成果可为区域基本农田分区及高标准基本农田建设提供依据。

경지종합질량평개여분구시기본농전화정화고표준기본농전건설적전제여기출。종토양질지、농전기출설시、경지공간형태급규모3방면선취10개지표,이종합지수모형급GIS분구기술,장수화시북림구경지화분위우선화정、괄의조입、중점건설화퇴출형경지류형구。우선화정형경지종합질량최우,시고표준기본농전건설적중점,시양식생산화현대농업건설적시범우선구역;괄의조입형경지야가작위기본농전근기건설적우선구역;중점건설형경지의채취중、원기토지종합정치규화분보건설;퇴출형경지불의화정기본농전。연구성과가위구역기본농전분구급고표준기본농전건설제공의거。
Quality evaluation and partitions of cultivated land are the premise and foundation for the basic farmland demarcated and high standard basic farmland construction. 10 indicators were selected to construct the evaluation index system from soil quality, infrastructure construction, spatial form and size. With the help of the GIS data processing and spatial analysis function, using the comprehensive index model, cultivated land can be divided into priority delimit, suitable, the key constructive and exit types of cultivated land in Beilin district of Suihua City. Due to comprehensive quality optima of the priority type farmland, it's the focus of the construction of high standard basic farmland object and food production and the construction of modern agriculture demonstration optimization area. Suitable to arable cultivated land also can be used as a priority area of the recent construction of basic farmland. Key constructive cultivated land should be taken to long-term land comprehensive improvement plan to build. Type out of cultivated land should not be defined as basic farmland. Research results provided the basis for basic farmland zoning and high standard basic farmland construction.
