日本的农田建设标准化起步早，农田建设标准较完善，标准管理经验丰富。近年来，中国制订并实施了与农田建设相关的一系列标准，但农田建设标准制订和管理还有待完善。基于对日本农田建设标准的管理机制、制订和实施的分析，借鉴日本的经验，提出了完善中国农田建设标准化工作的相关建议，即强化政府对农田建设标准的管理、注重农田建设标准作用的长期性、制订与农田建设相关的操作手册或指南。
日本的農田建設標準化起步早，農田建設標準較完善，標準管理經驗豐富。近年來，中國製訂併實施瞭與農田建設相關的一繫列標準，但農田建設標準製訂和管理還有待完善。基于對日本農田建設標準的管理機製、製訂和實施的分析，藉鑒日本的經驗，提齣瞭完善中國農田建設標準化工作的相關建議，即彊化政府對農田建設標準的管理、註重農田建設標準作用的長期性、製訂與農田建設相關的操作手冊或指南。

Farmland construction standardization starts early in Japan, the standards of farmland construction are more perfect, and the standards management is experienced. In recent years, China has formulated and implemented a series of standards related to the construction of farmland, but standards setting and management of the farmland construction still need to be improved. Based on the analysis on the management mechanism, formulation and implementation of the standards of farmland construction in Japan, some relative suggestions were proposed to improve China's farmland construction standardization referring to Japan's experience, namely, strengthening the government's management of the standard of farmland construction, paying attention to the long-term role of the standards of farmland construction, and setting operation guide and manual related to the construction of farmland.
